Cancellation Policy:

We require cancellation notice, otherwise we will charge your cancellation fee as below:

  • 25% of your total amount will be charged if you notify us about your cancellation by 14 to 8 days before the conference
  • No refunds will be given if you notify us about your cancellation by 7 days before the conference or no show
  • Certificate will be issued if only you are attending the conference (no certificate for no-shows)
